I gave this pump a 4 instead of 5 only because for the normal home owner wanting to install his/her own well pump the instructions are horrible or non existing! I would give this pump a solid 5 however because the quality, packaging, price was awesome! The shipping was pretty quick also. ..

I would have been happy to exchange for a different model but they didn’t have anything in stock that would fit. * the pump is 4" in outer diameter, with additional metal shielding on the side where the cord enters the case.

I live in the Bahamas and was greatly affected by Hurricane Dorian. Needed two pumps to help with our water problem. After 5 months it’s still not potable. I contacted Armin who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even assisted me after purchasing the pumps with installation via Face time as I was not very familiar on what to do; and we have limited technicians here. He went above and beyond to assist me. Not many companies do that. I can definitely say this company cares about their customers. Thank you very much.

I wish I would have seen a spot to chat with an agent when I was trying to make the right selection although or a really good specs high light. Would be nice if you could at least put in information on what the well specs etc was and as a result of entering said information the computer kick back best choices. 👍 More information would be great and is needed. When it comes to your product it's well made and nicely priced! I am a small business owner so I do well pumps sometimes so I'm always looking for good quality for my customers and you guys definitely hit a high mark from us!
