I gave this pump a 4 instead of 5 only because for the normal home owner wanting to install his/her own well pump the instructions are horrible or non existing! I would give this pump a solid 5 however because the quality, packaging, price was awesome! The shipping was pretty quick also. ..

Constructive Characteristics

JNCB32-125A: bareshaft end-suction centrifugal pumps with electric motor, on a base. The motor unit and the rotating part of the pump can be taken away without removing the pump body from the system piping.
Hydraulics: pump body with dimension and performances according to EN 733 rules, closed impeller dynamically balanced and with balance holes for the balancing of the axial thrust. Shaft completely in stainless steel, greased ball bearings, flanges (UNI EN 1092-2).

Uses

Recycling plants, heating, air conditioning, heat recovery, plants of water supply procurement, pressurizing units and fire-fighting systems.

Installation and Operation Characteristics

The JNCB32-125A pumps can be positioned with horizontal, sloping or vertical axis always with the motor upwards. The operating characteristics of the catalogue and label are to be understood for continuous service and with clear water (specific weight = 1000 kg/m3) with a max manometric suction height of approximately 1,5m. For higher manometric heights and up to a max of approximately 6m, the characteristics decrease in the various delivery data.

I would have been happy to exchange for a different model but they didn’t have anything in stock that would fit. * the pump is 4" in outer diameter, with additional metal shielding on the side where the cord enters the case.

I contacted Armin who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even assisted me after purchasing the pumps with installation via Face time as I was not very familiar on what to do; and we have limited technicians here. He went above and beyond to assist me. I wish I would have seen a spot to chat with an agent when I was trying to make the right selection although or a really good specs high light. Would be nice if you could at least put in information on what the well specs etc was and as a result of entering said information the computer kick back best choices. 👍 More information would be great and is needed. When it comes to your product it's well made and nicely priced! I am a small business owner so I do well pumps sometimes so I'm always looking for good quality for my customers and you guys definitely hit a high mark from us!
